Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

Tambor kids provides two shipping methods. We offer Standard and Express. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You may find other shipping options here

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Monday to Friday, from our HQ at the Gold Coast.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

Standard Shipping
Processing & Handling Time | 1 - 3 Business days
Express Shipping
Processing & Handling Time | 1 - 2 Business days

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get a confirmation email which will include the tracking number for the shipping method you selected.

I havent received my tracking information

Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched. Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk folder. However, if you still cannot find your tracking details, please email us at hello@tamborkids.com with your full name, order details & address and we’ll get back to you.

When will i receive my order?

Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Times | 2 - 9 Business Days
Express Shipping
Estimated Delivery Times | 1 - 2 Business Days (+1 Business Day to Western Australia)

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage it's a no, but we’re working on it.

Do you offer local pick up?

We do not offer pick up at our office at the moment. All orders are delivered through AU couriers. Good news! We offer different shipping methods. Find out more about shipping here.

Oops, i’ve entered the wrong shipping address!

Please double-check your cart carefully before placing your order. Email us at hello@tamborkids.com and we will try our best to assist you if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If your order is already with the courier, it is best to contact them instead for redirection.

Can i amend or change my order?

We ask that you check your cart carefully before checking out. However, we are happy to help if you need to change order details. Due to our fast dispatch times, we can't guarantee that your order can be changed or amended.

Return and exchanged

What’s your return policy?

We sincerely value your choice to shop with us. We are confident in the quality of our products, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to assist. We are aware of the challenges of online shopping, and your happiness is our top priority. Find out more about Refund policy here.

How do i return something?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all hang tags and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@tamborkids.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that unless items are considered faulty, any shipping charges associated with returning, exchanging or change of mind, are at the expense of the customer.
